public class DirectedWeightedMultigraph<V,E> extends DirectedMultigraph<V,E>
A directed weighted multigraph. A directed weighted multigraph is a non-simple directed graph in which no loops are permitted, but multiple (parallel) edges between any two vertices are permitted, and edges have weights.
