    public class IsomorphicGraphMapping<V,E>

        Determines whether this mapping is indeed a valid isomorphic mapping between the first graph and the second graph. true iff this mapping is a valid isomorphism between the two graphs

      • compose

        public IsomorphicGraphMapping<V,E> compose(IsomorphicGraphMapping<V,E> otherMapping)
        Computes the composition of two isomorphisms. Let $f : V_{G_1} \rightarrow V_{G_2}$ be an isomorphism from $V_{G_1}$ to $V_{G_2}$ and $g : V_{G_2} \rightarrow V_{G_3}$ one from $V_{G_2}$ to $V_{G_3}$. This method computes an isomorphism $h : V_{G_1} \rightarrow V_{G_3}$ from $V_{G_1}$ to $V_{G_3}$. Note: The composition $g ∘ f$ can be built only if $f$'s codomain equals $g$'s domain; this implementation only requires that the former is a subset of the latter.
        Parameters:
        otherMapping - the other isomorphism (i.e. function $g$)
        Returns:
        the composition of the two isomorphism

        Type Parameters:
        V - the graph vertex type
        E - the graph edge type
        Parameters:
        graph - the input graph
        Returns:
        a mapping from graph to graph
